Two Left Feet

Which way is she spinning?

Clockwise is right brain orientation.

If you don't see her spinning...  Well, you're either screwed or I didn't post the image correctly.  In that case, the link I read was:  http://www.digitaljournalist.org/issue0711/ebits.html

And if you have 18 minutes to sit down and watch something very rewarding, this is a nice compliment to the results of your test above:

If that doesn't work, the link is: http://www.ted.com/talks/view/id/229
Infact, Ted.com looks like a pretty cool website in general...

And as an edited longer version for those with short attention spans, here are the details to assess the results of the test.. This comes from: http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,22556281-661,00.html

vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

In the interest of keeping this blog site nice and cerebral..... I can see her boobies! and the nips!
(this is also in the interest of beating Uncle Tristy to the punch.)
For what its worth I KNOW she is going anti clockwise.
(I also have to admit that I was looking for a possible pube silhouette)

hey! I just made her go the other way! I shut my eyes and opened them intermittently and lo! she turned in the other direction.... Does this make me a genius??

Both May and Jack saw her going anti clockwise! What does this mean?? (yeah left brain, I know - but what does THAT mean) I dont have eighteen minutes or a fast connection... and I am just not sure I want to listen to a person holding a brain. Is that a real brain? Is that lady spinning a real lady? Who is Ted? and what is a right parallel processor? I need someone to answer these questions and I will come to my own conclusions. I can even make some conclusions for the rest of you....

The fact that you say you don't have 18 minutes is SOOOO left brain...

You're genius Shayne is KNOWING she is going anti-clockwise.. not the fact that she will dance whichever way you want her to by batting your eyelids.

And yes, nipple awareness is a sign that your brain is infact attatched to your penis, which is also a benefitial test for when it comes to crunch time.

And as for cerebral, she is holding a real brain, and her talk does go beyond neural jargon.. She goes an interesting direction in the course of her story. Just let the video load while you stare at her nipples. It'll seem like no time at all. The dancing girl's nipples that is..

Just figured out the easiest way to turn her around.. start with the shadow of the foot and that will turn first...
actually, i have to add, uncle tristy was the first to send me the spinning lady (bout a year ago)... he had no idea about the left/right brain stuff he just liked the fact her nips were visible.. he also sent me that tedtalk video recently and i didnt want to watch it then either.... mainly because the fecking thing takes about five years to load.... whats wrong with youtube? in fact i think i found it there... is this the same one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCB0HFiFbVQ
(two parts)
just got through that - and i admit to skipping toward the end of the whole story... feel like a jerk but i get the idea... nice to listen to someone who can analyze a stroke and come up with a pretty thorough complicated explanation and description of the whole process... most people probably just say 'bugger!'... i know that would probably be what i say...
righto...

I didn't know I was so far behind on the whole thing. What a luuuser eh. I really must try to get on to more forwarded email lists of people who work desk jobs...

There seems to be a little bit of a shallow, "get ready to be illuminated" flavour to a lot of talks and lectures and stuff on the net. That's nothing new I suppose, just a new medium for it all. Someone sent me a big spiritual thing Oprah is promoting at the moment. She's clever, probably best to invest in the spiritual stock market at the moment as consumerism continues to be more difficult for your average Joe to partake in and people look to other avenues for fulfillment.

NZ's cost of living is insane right now. I think it's great. Of course the line is always 'we never dreamed it would be this expensive' being spat out on every tv interview. Yeah, the power of denial.

There might be some good to come out of all this, or we could fall victim to all the scourges and self interest that the doomsday books have been warning us about. But in that polarisation, good stuff like this video will be available to those who can see through the dollar signs and wade through the fervent followers..
